Supervision Expansion Grant – Now Open
The Pines Institute, in partnership with the New Mexico Higher Education Department (HED), is accepting applications for the Supervision Expansion Grant to support clinical supervision across the state’s behavioral health workforce.
This opportunity helps agencies and independent providers strengthen New Mexico’s clinical pipeline by funding the supervision of LMSWs, LMHCs, LADCs, and other pre-licensed professionals working toward independent licensure. The goal is to expand access to high-quality behavioral health services—particularly in rural and underserved areas—by increasing the number of fully licensed clinicians in the field.
Eligible applicants include behavioral health agencies, community-based organizations, and private practices currently providing or planning to provide supervision to qualifying clinicians.
Funding can support:
Compensation for supervisors
Administrative or training costs tied to supervision
Expanded supervision opportunities in rural or high-need regions
Applications are open now and reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply now!
